For those of you who did not attend our AGM on 11th September 2025, you need to be aware that the proposals regarding Membership of the society presented to the meeting were voted on and passed unanimously.  These changes are outlined below for your information.

1.  The date when membership subscriptions become due has been changed from 1st September to 1st October each year and to be paid no later than the 31st October.  If unpaid on that date, membership will lapse.

2.  The membership subscription structure has been changed as follows:

     2.1.  As from 1st October 2025, the Adult Membership subscription will be £60 per annum.  However, if the subscription is paid before 1st November it will be reduced by £10 to £50.
     2.2.  As from 1st October 2025, the Junior Membership subscription will be set at 80% of the adult fee so currently will be £48 per annum.  However, if the subscription is paid before 1st November it will be reduced by 80% of the Adult reduction (£8) to £40.
     2.3.  Associate Membership has been discontinued.

You will see from this that if you pay before 1st November the subscription amount will be less. You can pay by:

     a.  Bank transfer to Panda Players Account Number 51468022; Sort Code 401712; quoting SUB2627 as a reference (no administration fees) or
     b.  going to www.ticketsource.co.uk/pandaplayers and selecting the appropriate subscription (an administration fee will be added) or
     c.  you can pay via one of our card readers which will be available at rehearsals (again a small administration fee will be added).
