The Matthew Minors Award
Our friend and colleague, Matthew, was tragically a victim of Corona Virus, so we instigated this new award in his memory. It is presented to a person who has made an outstanding contribution to Panda Players during the year and is particularly for someone working behind the scenes.
This year the award was presented to Jeremy Meeson for his outstanding work on sets for both Sweet Charity and Annie.
The Turner Plate
The Turner Plate is awarded to the person who, in the opinion of the President of the society, has made an outstanding contribution to Panda Players throughout the year.
This year's recipient of this award is Sophie Dell for her excellent work as joint choreographer of Annie both before and during rehearsals and also for taking on the role of Lily at short notice.
